These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Mobilix Labs LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). The Terms govern your access and use of our short‑drama mobile applications, website and related services (the “Service”).
By downloading, installing, accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parent or legal guardian consent to use the Service.
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use our Service for your personal, non‑commercial viewing of short‑drama content. All video, artwork, trademarks, text and software in our apps remain the intellectual property of Mobilix Labs LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, rip, modify, resell or publicly broadcast any short‑drama content without our written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities performed under your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized account access.
Some content may require in‑app purchases or subscription. All charges are processed by platform providers (Apple / Google). Refunds are subject to the platform’s refund policies. Subscription auto‑renews unless cancelled before renewal date.
You agree not to: violate applicable laws; upload or share harmful, infringing, obscene content; use bots, scrapers or bypass paywall / DRM; interfere with service operation; harass other users.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD‑PARTY RIGHTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOBILIX LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Sections related to IP, disclaimers, liability survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Mobilix Labs LLC is registered, without conflict‑of‑law rules.
We may revise these Terms. Updated version will be posted on this page with new effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
